Our Beloved Father, brother, cousin, son, and friend to so many lost his battle to Covid on 12/19/2020. 

Roga was always a radiant light brining joy & laughter anywhere he went. An extremely friendly & hospitable man who valued quality time and delicious food. His sweet and loving presence will definitely be missed but forever treasured by those who had the honor of engaging with him. 


Due to Covid, funeral costs have skyrocketed, and services are limited. The Novoa family has set up this page for those wishing to show their love & support during this painful time. We know it's impossible to grieve with us in person due to the timing but we thank you in advance for all the love, prayers, and kindness.

Roga siempre fue una luz radiante que traía alegría y risa a donde quiera que fuera. Un hombre extremadamente amable y hospitalario que valoraba el tiempo de calidad y la comida deliciosa. Su dulce y amorosa presencia definitivamente será extrañada, pero eternamente apreciada por aquellos que tuvieron el honor de relacionarse con él.

Debido a Covid, los costos funerarios se han disparado y los servicios son limitados. La familia Novoa ha creado esta página para aquellos que deseen mostrar su amor y apoyo durante este doloroso momento. Sabemos que es imposible estar con nosotros en persona debido al tiempo, pero les agradecemos de antemano por todo el amor, las oraciones y la amabilidad.
