Beloved mother,grandmother, and wife. I’m Alex this is my mother Leticia Lopez 3-9-25 my mother suffer from 2 cardiac arrest.she initially went to the ER for a colostomy surgery she had infection in her colon, she was healing very slow but eventually gave out.Many factors could of caused her cardiac arrest. Kidney failures, pneumonia

infection in the blood and diabetes.Before all of this she was 2 months at home after being hospitalized for 4 months for and infection in the blood do to diabetes with some miracle she made it out but not this time. She was handicap for 4 years also due to broken knee bone and was waiting one day on surgery. My mother was a very JOLLY & HAPPY person despite all her sickness she had and health issues. She always had a smile in her face and saw the good in the bad.Always had faith and stayed positive even in the most toughest times. My mother was very heart warming always did above and beyond .
