My dog Thor has always been there for me. Through good times and bad, he has been my best friend. He is my confidant, I tell him everything. He is there when ever I need him. And now he needs me. But what he needs, I just can't give him alone. 

He is only 5 years old and he has had a difficult time of it, these past few months. I found out a few weeks ago that his right rear leg needs an extensive surgery, so he could live his days pain free. He needs to have his Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL)and Medial Patellar Luxation (MPL) repaired. The surgery to put his knee back in shape will cost $3000. If he doesn't have the surgery, he will not be able to have a normal life, he will not be able to put weight on his leg.  For the past 2 months he has been receiving Laser therapy, $25 per visit, 3 times a week. It has helped him deal with the pain and swelling.

I wish I had the money to pay for this myself, but Thor and I truly need help to get this needed surgery. We really need your help. He needs to get this surgery as soon as possible. Thor and I will be so grateful for any assistance. I just want him to be able to run and play, like he used to. To be the dog and friend he has always been. The veterinarian has told me he schedule his surgery for October 5. Any amount you could give would be extremely helpful.

Please help me give Thor the life that every Dog needs. To be that carefree, run around pain free best friend.
