Help Ms. Hind / Sammy Heal & Get Back to Teaching

We are two moms whose daughters have been lucky enough to be in Sammy’s elementary school class. She is in her second year of teaching, and she pours her whole heart into her students. Our kids absolutely adore her, and we’ve seen firsthand the love, patience, and dedication she brings into the classroom every day.

Unfortunately, this year has brought Sammy some difficult challenges. In June, she had to undergo knee surgery. Just this past week, she suffered a severe hand injury that required 19 stitches. Now, she is scheduled for surgery on Monday to restore mobility in her hand and fingers. As a teacher, having full use of her hands is essential to her work with children.

Between the medical bills from her knee surgery, the upcoming hand surgery, and the physical therapy that will follow, the expenses have become overwhelming. We wanted to step in to help this incredible teacher who has given so much to our children.
