We are a group of 10 students who will soon be graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. This quarter we are taking on our Capstone Project in Applied Business and Production Management. Our team will be applying the skill set that we have been building throughout our educational career through designing and hand-crafting an artisanal product. We are currently scaling a small business to put our product on the market.
Our mission and vision is to make a personal, gourmet pizza oven that is easy to clean and brings the magical experience of making a pizza to your backyard and outdoor activities.
Through the use of high quality materials, Bellissima will produce brick oven quality pizza, and it is super easy to clean!
