Hi! My name is Belle and I’m 13 years old. In 2027, I have the amazing opportunity to take part in a life-changing expedition to Kenya with Camps International – one of the world’s leading schools expedition providers. This is not a holiday, it’s a real chance to make a difference.

While I’m in Kenya, I’ll be working on important community and wildlife projects. These include:

-Helping to build schools and toilet blocks

-Digging elephant watering holes to help them survive the dry season

-Installing fresh water tanks for local villages

-De-worming goats so families can keep their animals healthy

-Cleaning beaches and earning my PADI scuba diving qualification

I’ve always loved wildlife – especially elephants – and I’ve even raised money for elephant charities before. So being able to help protect them in real life means the world to me.

This trip is something I’ve dreamed about since I was little. It will be hard work, but I know it will open my eyes to the world and show me how I can help others. I want to come back with stories, skills, and experiences that will stay with me forever – and maybe even help guide what I do in the future.
