Belle Alvarez Medical Support Fund

Belle Alvarez is mom to four beautiful children with a grandbaby on the way, wife to Joel Alvarez, friend and coworker to many who are so thankful to know her. She has a rare genetic heart defect, and recently suffered a heart attack which resulted in emergency bypass surgery, intubation, and a lengthy ICU stay where she is currently recovering. There have been many ups and downs along the way, this past week bringing the blessing that she is still with us but a lot of uncertainty about what the future holds for her and her family. Currently she is looking at needing an LVAD or a full heart transplant after the graft from the bypass failed. While we are holding in faith that her body will begin to heal itself, doctors don't know exactly what we can expect yet. One thing we do know is that the Alvarez family needs our love and support during this time. Joel has not left her side, and there are medical costs to come, the cost of living out of the hospital, and bills that still must be paid. We are hoping to help them raise at least 3 months worth of living expenses to help ease their financial burden and allow Belle and Joel to focus on her healing.
