Hi everybody! I'm sure you're all well aware of my baby, Bella. She's the best cat I've ever had and she's literally been through it ALL with me -- her six toes were there by my side every single step of the way. Anybody who's met her knows she's one in a million.
Recently, her health has declined. She's a young nine years old, so it's terrifying. She got really thin and has lost a lot of fur on her back legs. I noticed that she's started screaming in pain when she tries to eat. I've had to start giving her a mix of wet food and milk just so she can eat normally! She's also drooling more than I'm comfortable admitting and it's quite attractive, let me tell you.
I took her to the vet recently and it turns out that she has SEVERE ulcers in her mouth and rampant tooth decay. She needs surgery to remove all but 1-2 of her teeth (for the sheer purpose of keeping her tongue in her mouth) and I can afford half of the surgery. The longer I wait, the more pain she'll be in and I just REFUSE to allow that.
So that's where I'm asking for your help. Whatever and whenver you can give will be a huge, HUGE help. Even if you can give on a loan-only basis, let me know and I'll make a note of it and make sure to get you paid back. I'm also open to favors if you need them. She needs this surgery urgently, so the sooner I have the funds, the better.
