BELLAS LIFESAViNG TREATMENT

Hi everyone

My name is Gail and a lot of people over the Canberra Community Notice board know of me as the owner of the two staffy dogs Bosco and Bella. And the lady who started the search of the paper trail in December for the wrapping paper. Starting this "fund me "is not who I am and sort of embarrassed in doing it. But Since September I had my dog bosco undergo a major ankle reconstruction and people have followed his journey in which he is still learning to walk on 4 legs. And my latest post is where Boscos sister BELLA had been diagnosed with an aggressive Osteo Sarcoma Tumor on her shoulder. My options for her was to either watch her die or do the surgery and risk losing her front leg. In which I Chose the latter. Miraculously they removed the tumor and saved her leg.

These 2 dogs are my life and I have protected them with pet insurance all their life but Bella has never had to use hers until now.I have been given instructions that if the surgery remains a success that Bella needs to go to Sydney for 5 days and have Radiation treatment and a follow up of chemo or it will grow back in months. Her ct scans and surgery used most of her yearly limit of Insurance and it doesn't get rest till 23 June. She needs to be there by 26th may for a week. I will cover her surgery and anything she needs using my mortgage if I have to but if anyone feels they would like to help all donations will be greatly appreciated. Radiation is $12,500.her accommodation for 5 days is $800 and her first consult is $360

And we will be travelling to Sydney twice to drop her off and pick her up. If this doesn't work I will find a way but boy it's been a struggle. These dogs are the reason I get up every day
