Hey family and friends, many of you have been on this journey with our family since Bella's first bout with cancer back in 1975 and again in 1981. For those of you that just joined our fight last year, I want you all to know...Bella is a walking miracle! Here is a quick back story.

In 1975, Bella was 9 years old and diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease and doctors told us she only had less than a year to live. God healed her. In 1981, Bella was 15 and cancer reared its ugly head again. God healed her a second time. Fast forward to February 2022, Bella was diagnosed with colon cancer. We knew it was going to be a fight and fought like hell. The chemotherapy almost killed her, she had a heart attack and was in the hospital for 2months. Her body rejected the chemo. She shriveled down to 89 lbs and could not do radiation. Her tiny body just could not handle it. None of this has been easy. But our girl is a fighter!!

Praise God she is now cancer free! This is where she needs YOUR help! She is drowning in medical expenses. The year just started so she needs to fulfill her insurance deductible and out-of-pocket expenses. Tuesday will be her next surgery to put her little body back together and she will need another surgery to take the port out of her chest. In addition, more follow-up visits. We are out of the woods but still have a bit of way before she is in the clear.

Anything will help her. ANYTHING! Just a side note. She has been working from the home kicking butt as a Call Center Representative, making considerably less than she is used to. But she never gives up. She is my Hero! Myself and a few close friends have been helping support her this past year because of her pay cut and when she could not work. This is the final stretch.
