Bellamy Family

The Bellamy family is enduring an unexpected life threatening illness causing their two year old son Dominic Kelvin Bellamy to be admitted to DuPont Children's Hospital in Delaware. Rabiyya Bellamy (mother) is a third grade teacher for Vineland Board of Education and Kelvin Bellamy (father) is a New Jersey State Trooper. Both parents have taken a leave of absence to be by their child's side during this difficult time. Dominic is in the PICU (pediatric intensive care) and a team of specialized doctors are working around the clock. Dominic has some type of infection in both of his lungs forcing him to be intibated. He has been given different types of antibiotics with hopes that one will
work. Continuous labs are being conducted to pinpoint what type of infection he has. The doctors are unsure if it is a bacterial or a viral infection. Unfortunately there is no specific time frame for his recovery. For those of you that know Dominic he is the sweetest little boy and has the most infectious smile. We are asking that family, friends, and the community pull together and help with love, prayers, and expenses during this critical time.
