SACRED MOUNTAIN CENTER IS IN CRISIS

Sacred Mountain Center is a Spiritual Center in serious danger of structural collapse. The main support rafters of the Center’s main house have decayed, and the building is beginning to sink.
The Center has received people from around the world to learn to live a life of purpose and meaning, to release old emotions that bind them to the past, to receive guidance from higher Source, from the Light and the spiritual Masters.
This Mountain is a holy place where Native Americans prayed, held ceremonies, Sweat Lodges, healing rituals and dances since ancient times. The healing energies here are very powerful and still hold the vibrations of these sacred activities. Bella was guided to move here in 1988 and open a spiritual Center for healing and inner work. Bella is a former NYC school teacher and Interfaith Minister having studied all major Religions of the world. The Center is dedicated to God in His many names and forms and to higher Consciousness, Love and Service. Her major work is to deepen the student's relationship with the Divine and to help them to have a deeper relationship with their higher Self.
The Center’s main facility is an A-frame built by a hobbyist of architecture in the 1950s. The foundation was placed directly on loose earth and gravel and over time the support beams developed cracks. Moisture began to seep into the structure; over time leaks developed and the beams began to rot, attracting ants and rodents. We also discovered that the main beam and a few of the rafters supporting the bathroom and kitchen had also become rotten, and, as a result, broke. When a section of the bathroom and kitchen floor began to sink it became apparent that this was an emergency.
The urgency to repair these failing structures is great!

While she was teaching high-risk children in the Bronx in the 60s and 70s Bella realized that even though nature had a perfect order, the lives of her students lacked any kind of order, and she sought answers. Bella then came in contact with the silent Master Meher Baba and the impeccable teacher of Vedanta H.H. Chimayananda. She holds degrees from Hunter College and the New Seminary in NYC founded by Rabbi Gelberman. She is an ordained Minister and certified spiritual teacher.
"Then go up into the mountains, bring down timber and rebuild my house. And I will be pleased with it and appear there in my glory," says the Lord.
