Bella rescued me... Now I need to rescue her!

Bella recently came into my life via transport from TN.  Her first eight years were rough, and I promised her that her remaining years would be filled with love, hugs, toys, long walks, and more love.  She is the sweetest dog, and I honestly think she thanks me everyday.  Two days ago she began to have difficulty breathing, and, after a visit to our amazing vet and then the ER vet, we discovered that the has pneumonia.  She is struggling to breath and the vets are doing everything they can for her.  Bella has a fur-sister at home, Maisie, who misses her terribly.  Maisie and Bella both had rough beginnings, but adopting older dogs brings so much joy... and they are blossoming.  The cost for treatment is going to run upwards of $5000.  Please contribute what you can and help me to save Bella the same way that dogs save us.  We will be forever grateful for your generosity.
