Help Bella receive trans healthcare

The photo above is of a collègue & friend of mine, Bella. Bella suffered a physical attack this week after being targeted for being trans. Followed in public, preyed upon, and violently attacked.

We are lucky that she is still here - this is the harrowing reality for far too many trans people.

This attack occurred during a massive roadblock in her transition, receiving news she will have to continue to wait further for life saving medication.

This exhausting/ongoing battle with insurance and prescribing doctors to finally receive hormones is EXTREMELY hard for some. It is mentally/emotionally taxing & it’s situations like these that lead to trans suicide.

my heart has shattered hearing about what’s happened- and while we can’t reverse a brutal attack, we can provide Bella with the resources she requires to receive healthcare so she can feel the love and support and deserves and NEEDS from her community right now.
