I’m so excited and grateful for the opportunity that promoting this RHS impromptu Multi year reunion has been providing to me.

Because I followed my intuition and ignoring the fears of what people might think or of possible failure, I’m experiencing the gift of meeting and reuniting with so many beautiful people.
The amazing gifts that I’ve received within this process our truly priceless and I’m grateful for all my old and new friends who have been supporting me in this process thus far.
I’m doing this today to provide an update for everything that is planned so far and to provide some financial data in hopes to increase support to our Gofundme account that is providing the financial substance for the RHS Impromptu Multi year reunion.

First of all I want to say, it is NOT a requirement for anyone to contribute to the reunion fund and ALL are welcome.
This reunion was inspired for the re-connecting of old and new friends. FB has allowed many of us to connect with people that were in the same high school building for years together and at that time and space our individual energies did not cross or did not match. Today do to FB and our individual life's journey and soul centered growth have allowed some of us to reunite and become intimately connected. What a beautiful thing to be awake to. I want to say that I have absolutely no fear that one way or another we will pay the bills and these two day events will truly be spectacular and something we will always remember.

So here we go, this is the layout for the RHS impromptu Multi year reunion:

· Friday Sept 1st at 7pm: Hogs Hollow Utica MI

o We will all meet at Hog Hollow in Utica (A Huge Thank you to John Sattmen for allowing us to take over the upstairs of his establishment)

§ I have sent out FB invites for this Venue so we can give John a headcount. Everyone Please continue to re-share the FB Invites so that the word can get out to everyone, especially people who have been missing off the main grid so we can use these venues and events to reunite.

· If we can get enough RSVPs John said he will close off the upstairs so it will be ONLY for The RHS Reunion

o This Event has NO venue cost, so again thank you John, We appreciate you and I personally am looking forward to seeing you and giving you a bro hug ✌

· Saturday Sept 2nd at 10am: Stoney Creek – Baypoint Beach Pavilion

o We will have a casual day at the park, so of course kids are welcome

o THERE WILL BE MUSIC!!!! Jason Bearss and “Maybe” friend(s) will be provide unplugged acoustic sets (So grateful to Jason for providing FREE music for this event)

o This Gofundme account will allow us to purchase Hamburgers and salads and possibly some beer/wine and soft drinks to grill and drink

§ Besides soft drinks (or as you all would say “POP”) Only beer and wine is allowed

o We will be playing games like cornhole , Horse shoes, Frisbee, badminton, and maybe even basketball if we have enough people who can pass an intensive physical examination ( bend over, turn your head-cough, cough, HAHA).

o The Cost to reserve this venue was $225 and has already been paid from our Gofundme account

§ The $225 was to reserve the Baypoint beach pavilion only

· Saturday Sept 2nd at 7pm: The Mills Rochester MI

o THE GRAND FINALE – blow it our Party!

§ This really cool venue has been reserved and the cost includes

o there will be a Band and Dancing .
We will have an update sometime in the next week or so with the band’s name

· Private lounge with bar – The martini lounge (drinks are NOT included, but will go towards the total cost of the price for venue)

o All RHS reunion alumni must purchase their drink from the martini lounge bar in order for the cost to go towards the total cost of the venue – PLEASE buy your drinks from here

o Also any food purchased at the Mills please tell them you are with the RHS impromptu Multi year reunion and it will also go towards the total cost of the venue price

· The Pool table area is also reserved for us

· As well as the Dance floor – I’m going to be dancing like no one is watching, so be ready to be filled with joy and laughter

o The cost for this venue is $1500


· I have set the Gofund me goal at $2500.00

o This gives us some fluff so if we reach this goal we will be able to cover the additional cost for Food, Beer and Wine for Stoney Creek Day in the park

Present Accounting worksheet:

· Stoney Creek Baypoint beach Pavilion - $225.00

· The Mills - $1500.00

o Total= $1725.00



Today’s Gofundme total contribution = $1250

Already been paid is $225.00 for Stoney creek pavilion

· $1250 - $225.00 = $1025

· Gofundme goal = $2500.00 - $1025 =
$1475 still needed

Soooooo, if we buy enough drinks and food at the Mills our cost needed will be significantly less and THAT,

Summary: As long as we have a 100 people or even better 200 or more people purchasing their drinks and food from the Martini lounge we will owe little to no money for the venue.

What will we do with the money left over?
Well I’ve also set up another Gofundme account for a Rochester charity called the Rainbow connection. This charity helps support local families with children with life threatening illness. I’ve set up this account with $50 and any over contributions left over will be contributed to this foundation.
