Believing in my Blessing
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Willie Watson and I've decided to try this fundraising to see if I can raise enough to maintain my home and bills while I'm out of work during my final surgery. I suffered retinal detachment November 2015. I've had 8 surgeries and this yes is the final one. During my last surgery the surgeon removed my lens from my left eye and the pressure drop to a three. I was told that the pressure won't go up and and nothing else can be done so I need to consider a prosthetic eye. I serve a God that give sight to the blind so that wasn't an option. This voice kept saying don't do it I'm not through with you yet. Tell them to put back every thing they removed and I'll do the rest. Amazingly over the last 3 months the pressure has risen to the level that they can do the surgery and put my lens back in but then the cornea went. Again I tell you don't give up on God. I was place on a list for a cornea and 4 days after I got the call saying they have a donor. So I'm believing God for my blessing. The surgery consist of the cornea team remove the old cornea, the retinal team jumps in and clean any scar tissue replace the oil and put the lens back in. Then the cornea specialist put in the cornea from the donor in. Expected recovery time is 60 days depending on if the body don't reject the tissue. I say this is the final surgery because I'm trusting God with everything in me that his word don't come back void. I'm mentally, emotionally and physically drain and all I have left is my faith that God is the doctor and healer. Doing this time I will be out of work and after doing this so many times I won't have an income coming in. My job offered short term disability and it comes to $170 a week after 3 weeks out. Sad after 10 years of service. So I'm humbly asking for any help. I have two to three months of rent and other household expenses that need to be met. There's nothing to small that can help but most importantly your prayer that you stand in agreement with me that God can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think according to the power that workers in us.
Thank you in advance for even taking the time to read this and consider me.
