In the Uk nearly 1 in 2 people (43% of females and 45% of males) will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. On the 24th of September I will be taking part in the tartan treck for MacMillan cancer research. I like many others have had people near and dear to be affected by this unforgiving disease, so I would like to do my part (as small as it may be) by raising money to help fund research for a cure.
