Belgard Athletic Defibulator fundraiser

This season has seen our club expand to having 2 teams with this we have had a massive influx of players at the moment we have 70 odd signed excluding committee members, management and coaches. What has happened in the last few days at the euros with Christian Eriksen has really made us realise not having defibrillators for both teams cannot go on any longer. Obviously running a amateur football club is a huge expense and we only get by every year so having a surpless to buy defibrillators has never been a thing we have had but now we are taking matters into our own hands and asking everyone to donate a few bob to try help us buy this vital life saving equipment for the young men at our football club. Please god they are never used but if the day ever does happen we want to be ready and have these portable defibrillators and have as many individuals at the club trained as possible so we can give any person the best chance of survival at the worst possible time.
