BELFOR Family Michigan Hourly Employee Fund
Donation protected
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Michigan, many members of our BELFOR family were suddenly faced with a sharp decrease in hours as a large portion of the work we do ground to a halt amid state wide shutdown orders. The work we could still do consisted mainly of cleaning and sanitizing jobs at properties where there was a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19. A brave group of BELFOR family members volunteered to tackle these jobs.
Despite the cleaning and sanitizing jobs providing an opportunity for some work, there are just not enough hours available and most employees have seen their paychecks significantly decrease. This fund is to assist hourly employees who have been hit hardest by the lack of available working hours, including both production and administrative staff, and to recognize those who volunteered to take on the COVID-19 cleaning jobs.
Any donation, no matter the size, will help make a difference! Thank you!
