Hi everyone,

While I’ve been on my hiatus from Facebook, a lot has unfolded in the Beland household. We recently learned that John will need open-heart surgery due to his heart being 80% blocked, meaning he’ll be undergoing a quintuple bypass.

As we prepare for his surgery and recovery, I will be taking a Family Medical Leave of Absence for at least a month. Unfortunately, this time away from work will be unpaid, which adds another layer of stress during an already challenging time.

I am not someone who typically reaches out for help, but I’ve learned that it truly takes a village. If you are willing and able to support our family during this period, we would be forever grateful.
