I am Bela Patel. I have been on kidney dialysis for a year and a half. I really need a kidney transplant, but I can't afford it because I can't work and my son is in college. I am a devotee of god and I am very spiritual. I have worked very hard for 37 years and I need a bit of help from the community. I am very grateful for any help.
