Beirut explosion recovery

Donation protected

Hi all,

My name is Selest Nashef and I’m raising money to help rebuild my cousin’s destroyed business at the port of Beirut.

As most of you have seen the horrific video of the explosion on Tuesday August 4, 2020. There was an explosion at the port of Beirut when a fire ignited 2750 Tons of Ammonium Nitrate (to give you an idea, the Oklahoma City bombing was only 2 tons). The blast was so massive it was heard a 100 miles away. My cousin’s business is at the port and their office was completely destroyed. They lost their printers, desks, computers, office supplies, kitchen, archived documents, and their livelihood. To add insult to injury, Lebanon is on the brink of economic
collapse as well as dealing with the global pandemic, COVID-19. Please see video below of the distraction of the office.

I am collecting donations to help them rebuild their business and get their back on their feet.

I plan on buying them office computers and a new all-in-one office printer.

thank you, all.
