Being Evicted with No Place to go and No funds

Greetings to all of you reading this. My name is Jon and I'm a 52 year old disabled man who as of today is Under Eviction. Not for non payment of rent but I am being blamed for the existence of rodents and vermin in the building. I will be reaching out to seek what legal avenues I may have to try and help me out. Myself and my nephew, who is also disabled, are registered with many agencies to try and help us find new home(s). But we are on waiting lists and who knows how long that will take. I have lived in this building for 7 years or more and my rent went from $1150 a month now up to $2100 a month and I am on Social Security. The Rent alone uses all my check and some of my nephews to help with rent and bills.

I had some funds to help me try and get out but ended up spending that on getting my car repaired and inspected so I had reliable transportation to get to my doctors.

My goal is to find a home for the two of us in the case we can not get help from either the law side of things or the housing assistance side of things. My plan is once I get housing that hopefully I can afford I would like to repay those that have aided me or if they prefer to pay it forward to others. The total money would be used to help get new housing as well as I may need to pay people to help me move since we are disabled.
