Been going through it since June 2021

Hi! My name is Candice Dickey and the photo you are seeing is currently me in the hospital(the reason why my head is shaved is because I had ICU hair and it was so matted up I couldn't even get it untangled and shaving my head was the best option for me)...thank you for taking the time to read me so far and I'll tell you my back story...On June 20 2021 it is where it all begins on this day I went to the ER because I have been experiencing pain in my left upper thigh couldn't walk or really do anything with out hurting. The ER did some tests on me gave me pain pills and sent me home because they couldn't find anything wrong. Later that night I was laying down in my living room trying to sleep but I couldn't because I was in so much pain that I was literally screaming and crying from it. My next door neighbor heard me came banging on my door and my window trying to get me to answer the door but I couldn't get up to even do that. I passed out and the next thing I know is my neighbor,the cops,and the ambulance people were all standing in my living room tryn to get me to answer simple questions but I kept blacking out. The next thing I know i got loaded up into the ambulance and I had a IV started on me I blacked out again. I woke up 10 days later in ICU,I was intubated due to septic shock and I almost died! I spent the next four months in different facilities,and all together I was transported to and from five different facilities (from a nursing home to another hospital to rehab x2 to long term acute care hospital). I had Covid-19,and also when I was intubated I had all my toes on my right foot amputated. I still had the upper pain in my upper left thigh during my 4 month stay in the hospital. I worked really hard in rehab and I finally got to come home finally on October 11 2021 to my brother's house and I was so excited because I was finally free from the hospital. I was at home finally working with Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy because I am on a walker. Yet again December 5th disaster struck again for me...i got admitted back to the hospital due to a bad UTI that turned into a kidney infection. Yet I had another right foot surgery while I was in there due to a abcess they found in my right foot. The day finally came where I was supposed to go home but I couldn't get in the wheel chair because I was weak as a kitten. I stayed in the hospital and went to rehab again so I could get my strength back. I was supposed to go home again on New Years Eve but I couldn't because my brother and his whole family had Covid-19. I stayed in the hospital for the weekend and was supposed to get discharged on January 3rd 2022 but I had caught Covid-19 AGAIN! Oh what luck I have lol On January 6th 2022 my life changed again I had a talk with my brother and he doesn't want me to stay with him anymore! Before all this happened to me in June I had a job my own apartment and my own car. I was about to move in July to my new apartment but all that happened to me and I lost everything that I had worked so hard for...and now I'm going to be homeless!!!! Im sorry for the long story but I just wanted everyone to see what I been through. I'm doing this fundraiser for myself to help me get a place to live and get some furniture for my new place.
