been diagnosed with brain cancer

My name is George , and as you can see I am lucky to have a beautiful fiance . I have just been informed that I have brain cancer . I will be fighting this at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Due to my condition I can not drive and need to move closer to my place if treatment. My fiance and I have an opportunity to move next to my parents house witch will make it easier for them to help us out . I am a humble man who is not used to asking for help . It is usually the other way around for me . So this is hard for me to do . Asking for money or help is hard for me . Please anything will help . Thank you .
