On June 29, 2020 my family and I lost a loving son, brother, and friend to many due to tragic loss. My brother, Soktear Bee Phuy, fell victim to a sudden and unexpected shooting.
If anyone knew him you would know that he is the life of the party always looking out for everybody. He was a loving and protecting brother.
