I am putting this together following Matt's idea, that why don't I become qualified so we can officially run Training in Swindon still FOC but that means both Gem and I are qualified, it will mean that both of us are qualified.

The concept won't change, we will keep it FOC, but you know that when I make you do Helios, I will be officially allowed to make you do it.
