I am Mark Urry, founder of Emotional Solutions and author of The Common Denominator, a book written in seven instinctive days that I believe will ignite an Emotional Revolution.
This is not a loud movement, but a quiet one, a revolution that begins within each of us. It does not fight against anything; it simply opens the door to what could be. Written without a plan or outline, every word came straight from lived experience, not theory. It was not written to impress, but to express; a lifetime of observation, emotion, and truth poured onto the page in one uninterrupted flow.
What emerged was more than a book; it was a moment of clarity, a raw reflection of humanity created entirely from instinct and purpose.

After almost fifty years of living, learning, masking, and unmasking in a neurotypical world, I was diagnosed as neurodivergent at the age of 48. That realisation changed everything. All of my work was started in a neurotypical world and finalised in a neurodivergent one; it works in both, and it builds bridges between them in ways that have never been seen before.
I have spent my life exploring what it truly means to be human; how emotion underpins every choice, every relationship, and every act of courage. The Common Denominator is the ignition of the Emotional Revolution. It invites readers to see emotion not as weakness, but as energy, the force that connects and empowers us all in this rapidly changing world.
This project is not only about publishing a book; it is about empowering humanity in this Age of Transition, a time when the world is evolving faster than our hearts can follow.
The Common Denominator offers a new lens: one that unites logic and emotion, technology and humanity, neurotypical and neurodivergent realities, helping people rediscover who they are and what truly matters.
Yet it is also the foundation upon which everything to come will be built. It marks the beginning of a transmedia storytelling journey that will expand through literature, audio, film, art, interactive experiences, and emerging technologies. Each medium will invite people to step inside the story and feel its truth in their own way.
Through these expanding possibilities, I walk alongside technology, not in competition with it but in collaboration, doing my part to keep the human in humanity. Every extension of this work invites people to think, to feel, and to explore their own reality through new forms of expression.
The Common Denominator is where it all begins, a spark that ignites the potential of possibility, bridging the emotional and the digital, the individual and the collective, and reminding us that even as the world transforms, emotion remains our most powerful connection to being human.
