Blending ancestral wisdom from plant medicine cultures of South America with the ancient healing principles of Ayurveda (the Science of Life), this book covers topics relevant to informed preparation for ceremony.
The impact of a small change (or a small neglect) in diet and lifestyle is quite profound and significantly impacts the clarity of mind and receptiveness to the medicine. As well as, being able to tap into higher states of consciousness and the guiding wisdom of your true self (your inner compass) on an everyday basis. The Ayahuasca Dieta Cookbook benefits readers with or without the intention of sitting in ceremony.
