Hello family, dear friends and kind friends we haven’t met,

We are reaching out to share that Melanie is facing another Chondrosarcoma battle in this long seven year war against this disease. Through it all she has valiantly fought through each surgery, immuno and chemo therapies and intense pain while continuing to be a strong mother, wife and well loved 6th grade teacher.

We are so grateful for all of your support.

Melanie’s husband, Brent, is taking time off as a police officer to continue caring for Melanie at home when she leaves the hospital.
