Becky's Transplant Fund

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a form of blood cancer, in the summer of 2017.  Since that time I have fought to stay healthy and happily in remission.  The recommended course of treatment for multiple myeloma is a stem cell transplant.  I was able to harvest stem cells last summer, but unfortunately I was not able to complete the transplant at that time.  I slipped out of remission briefly in Feb of 2019, but battled back.  Now that I am solidly in remission again,  I must complete the transplant in order to achieve a long lasting remission without the high level of maintenance chemotherapy that I am currently on.  
Here is where I need your help.  The transplant process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 months to complete.  My immune system will be wiped out by high doses of chemotherapy.  Once that is done, I will be injected with my own healthy and clean stem cells.  From there it is all about how fast my body rebuilds my immune system.  I am told I will spend a month in the hospital, possibly a month in a hospital apartment after that, then I can go home.  
While I am undergoing this new adventure,  I will not be able to work, therefore I will not be contributing to my household and family budget.  We will need help paying our household bills and having the funds available to allow Donna to take time off to be with me when nessecary.  I am not good at asking for help, as I am usually the helper, but I do not want to put this transplant off for another year.
