Becky's Obituary Becky lost her battle to scleroderma at her home on June 20, 2018.  Scleroderma is a chronic connective tissue autoimmune disease which has no cure.  The symptoms of scleroderma vary greatly for each person, but for Becky it affected her lungs, her ability to breath, and the disease was very aggressive.  Breathing had become a day to day struggle for her.  This made doing the simplest of daily tasks almost impossible.  She fought a courageous battle each and every day of her life since her diagnosis.

Becky will be remembered for her loving, kind heart and her infectious smile and laugh.  She had a way of making you feel at ease and like you had known her forever.  She was a wife and a mother of three children. She truly was a beautiful person both inside and out.  She was an inspiration to so many people and we were blessed to have had her in our lives for the time each of us did. She fought this rare disease, scleroderma, with dignity and a strength many of us will never know.

Despite such physical hardships, Becky never lost her strong and abiding faith in Christ.  It is a great comfort to know Becky has been reunited with her mother, she is experiencing no more pain, and is with the Savior she loved so much.

Becky’s family has been left with the heavy burden of loss, but also the weight of the financial burden that providing a funeral for a loved one can leave.  Please consider providing a donation to help aid Becky’s family with her funeral and medical expenses.
