Becky Hines

Hi, my name is Erika and I am fundraising for my best friend Becky Hines. Becky has been through multiple doctors and is currently referred to the Tom Baker Cancer Clinic at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB. Becky currently lives about an hour away from the city. Currently Becky has been off work for just over 6 months. What started as a mental health leave has really taken a turn and is now ending up with oncologists and a team of doctors. Currently Becky has been told through tests (including biopsies, etc.) that she has lymphoma cancer and possibly leukaemia. A final diagnosis is still pending, but Becky on an average day is filled with being sick, fainting, and unfortunately is unable to work and has been written off work for at least another few months. Becky unfortunately does not have any other income and awaits a decision from disability (long term). We are hoping to help her stay above water for the current time so that she is able to go to her appointments and afford basic necessities like food, prescriptions and dog food.
