On March 25th, 2019 Becky Ciceran passed away unexpectedly. This was a huge shock for her family and friends near and far. Details of her passing were posted via Facebook by her partner Sean McCarthy to reach as many people as quickly as possible. A summary of his post is as follows: With a broken heart I must tell all of you that Becky Ciceran passed away Monday evening. She was driving back home after her route for Fed Ex. The officer at the scene of the accident stated, that witnesses reported she was driving over a bridge and that her van pulled to the right. Upon impact her chin hit the steering wheel and airbag deployed. The ambulance arrived to the scene 12 minutes later. She was unresponsive and they were unable to bring her back at the hospital. The girls and I are absolutely devastated.
We are all still dealing with the shock and grief. Becky and Sean have 2 young girls together. Becky was preceded in death by her mother Sally Ciceran. And survived by her partner Sean McCarthy, daughters Brooklynn (14) and Celestina McCarthy (9), father Charlie Ciceran, sister Cindy Aiello, brother in law Scott Aiello, and her beloved nieces Megan and Kayla Aiello. As well as extended family. We are all trying to pick up the pieces and deal the best that we can.
To all all who knew Becky and was lucky enough to be impacted by her light in this world, would know that her heart was her children. And knowing that any mother’s profound hope, is that their children feel love and be loved and provided for.
Grief is the loudest silence ever heard. Grief is simply love, with no place to go. Too all who read this please be comforted by knowing Becky is at home and peace with her Heavenly Father now. And we will see her again. Any and all funds collected will be ultimately be for the benefit of her girls Brooke and Cel.
