Because we love Annemarie

One of the most generous and loving people I know is my sister, who has literally given me the shirt off of her back, has taken me in when I least deserved it and spent her last dollar to make sure that I was cared for. She is generous with her time, her attention, and has always been there for those that know her. It's my turn to return that favor, but I alone cannot cover the medical bills that will certainly add up as Annemarie and Steve embark upon this unchartered journey.

Annemarie was diagnosed with glioblastoma after undergoing emergency surgery to remove a tumor that was causing symptoms of a stroke in July 2022. On top of the huge emotional burden that they are carrying, cancer treatment is very expensive. In the days, weeks, and months ahead, they will be traveling for treatments and will no doubt appreciate help with gas money, office co-pays, healthy meals, mounting deductibles and more.

Annemarie appreciates messages of optimism and positivity. She kindly requests that there be no pity party or negative messaging, as she is focused on beating this disease.
