Janise is a loving mother of four beautiful children — three of them being under the age of three. Recently, her world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which has since metastasized to the lymph nodes under her arm. She has already undergone surgery and chemotherapy and is currently receiving radiation treatments.

Due to the intensity of her treatment and the toll it takes on her body, she is unable to work. This battle is even more complicated because she also lives with sickle cell disease, making every step of this journey more difficult and life-threatening.

At the moment, her resources are extremely limited. Her father, once a vital source of support, suffered a stroke a few years ago and is still recovering. With no ability to work and four children to care for, we are asking for the support of the community to reduce added stress as she fights one of the toughest battles of her life.

Every donation — no matter the size — will go directly toward supporting her family’s basic needs, covering essential expenses such as food, diapers, medical expenses just to name a few, and allowing her to focus on healing and being there for her children.
