Hello, my names is Sarah. I am funding Dementia UK as it has a huge personal connection to my heart. I watched the most dearest, beautiful, incredible lady ( my grandmother) endure the cruelty that dementia takes hold of people. I have also seen how wonderful charities help and encourage.
