My name is Ma. Del Socorro Hernández González. I am a conscious parenting coach and the founder of Socorro para el Alma.

Through my work, I have accompanied hundreds of mothers who feel overwhelmed in raising their children. Many of them repeat the parenting they once received themselves—discipline through physical or verbal punishment. They love their children deeply, yet they suffer when they realize they are unintentionally passing down cycles of pain instead of creating positive change.

The problem is not a lack of love, but a lack of tools. Many mothers have tried to do things differently, but in moments of stress, their own childhood wounds and traumas resurface, making it hard to parent with patience and empathy.

As a mother and Parenting Coach, I have decided to ask for help so that these women can receive the guidance they need. My mission is to support them in transforming their parenting into one that is conscious, compassionate, and loving—so they can finally become the mothers they truly long to be.

With your support, these moms will be able to raise their children in homes free of violence and filled with love and connection. In doing so, we will also be building a society that is more responsible, empathetic, caring, and honest.

I am raising $10,000 to provide a parenting program guided by experts in conscious parenting. This project is more than just classes—it is an opportunity to change family stories marked by pain and replace them with a new generation of healthier, kinder, and more compassionate adults.
