Funeral expenses for Joshua

Joshua Warren Hamman
Hi everyone, as everyone may know by now, we lost Josh on December 10th after his long, hard roller coaster of a battle with Covid. He left behind so many people who loved him, leaving a void in all our lives. He had two loving parents, 6 sisters, brother-in-laws, a wonderful son, many nieces and nephews, and aunt, and a girlfriend who are all missing him so very much.
Josh fought so, so hard. He was in the hospital fighting and struggling to breathe since November 22nd. He ended up having to go on the ventilator in hopes that it would help his lungs heal. We all had so much hope. Josh was such an awesome and caring brother. We could never imagine life without him. Our family had many conversations about what we were going to do with him when he came home. Well, Josh didn’t get to come home and all that’s left are our broken hearts and the sweet, sacred memories of Josh.
So many of you have asked how you can help or what you can do for our family. We (the six sisters) have decided the best way to help my parents would be to ease the financial burden of funeral expenses. Being blindsided by unexpected funeral expenses is not easy, and a lot of unneeded stress to have to think about during such a difficult time. Funeral/burials alone cost at least $10,000, so any amount would help.
Please leave a note below including any stories or memories you have of Joshua. Thank you so much!
