Beauty Sense Beauty Supply Relief

As the murder of George Floyd rocked the nation, many took to the streets in peaceful protest to fight against Police Brutality and Racism. As protests began sweeping the nation, some riots would also break out. My parents’ business, Beauty Sense Beauty Supply, was broken into, destroyed, and looted.

Jackie and Eun Choi are Korean Immigrants who have had the privilege of serving and selling to the Black Community in the Southside of Chicago for 25 years, serving its community with beauty products, smiles, conversations about life and faith. Despite the language barrier, they are grateful and blessed to be a part of a community that loves them and cares for them. They have three children(Joseph, Daniel, Sarah) who they would do anything for, and keeping this business alive is one of those things.
We are sincerely asking friends, family, neighbors, and fellow humans to help restart their business and keep alive a part of Roseland’s community.
