I’m reaching out to you, not as a colleague of Jennifer’s, but as a friend. As I’m sure you know, Jennifer faced her fair share of challenges in 2020. In true Jennifer fashion, she has handled these challenges with strength, perseverance and faith while continuing to choose joy and optimism over fear.
Alongside her every step of the way, her supportive and loving boyfriend, Scott Young.
While we are all hoping that 2021 brings brighter days than 2020, Jennifer and Scott have recently faced yet another challenge. Scott devastatingly lost everything to an apartment fire. Thankfully he is safe and healthy! But in a time where “home” is even more of a refuge and safe place, his has been destroyed.
Scott and Jennifer can certainly use your thoughts and prayers! If you feel it in your heart to tangibly help, I have created a GoFundMe to help raise money for Scott to purchase even essential items like clothes, shoes, jackets and hats.
