Greetings friends <3  Please help me bring music to the children of Hudson this fall! This fundraiser is to cover the cost (1 instructor, 1 program assistant, space, program materials, production costs of final project) of 3 students for the fall installment of my music program Beautiful Racket. This fall each student will have the experience of a 30 minute private music lesson once a week with me. Over the course of 14 weeks the children and the instructor(s) will explore different modalities of music and sound (recording, sound bowls, singing, songwriting, intuitive sounding, etc.). Through student guided instruction students will create an original offering to share at the end of the 14 week program.
This year more than ever it is essential to invest in the arts for our children with so many losing out on the traditional extracurricular offerings in school due to COVID restrictions. Many families are supplementing these ever important opportunities for learning and development on their own. Many more, however, simply do not have the means to replace these experiences for their children. With your support we will be able to make this experience accessible, regardless of means!
