Beautiful kitten urgently needs help

This is an urgent matter about my kitten named Blue. Blue was one of the best gifts I have ever received. To have him by my side each day watching him grow was an experience I’m so grateful for. I don’t have kids yet, but to me my kitten is my son. Blue was rescued by an amazing mother in law who found him and two other siblings thrown away. Blue, was welcomed to my house with nothing but love, food & his favorite catnip temptation snacks. 9 months have passed since he has been by my side and about 3 weeks ago, I noticed he had a eyelid swell up as if maybe another cat hit his eye. I used Vetericyn, to help clean his eye. But as time passed by his eye worsened as I had thought it wasn’t anything serious. I eventually took Blue to the vet when his eye was just in a indescribable shape as the infection has worsened. They immediately offered to take the eye out as the only solution. I of course put my trust in their hands but when I found out the cost of the procedure I felt so hopeless because I knew I couldn’t move forward with the operation. They gave me eye drops for the kittens eye & as expected gave me a paper to sign warranting if the cat dies they’re not responsible because I refused care. My heart and brain didn’t refuse but my finances can’t ever get close to treating Blue. About a week has passed, the eye infection has improved by 10% but it’s still very bad to the point blue can’t close his eye. The worst thing about it is he is now losing his coordination with his balance, can barely use his legs, he panics because he seems confused on why he is falling and has trouble walking as it seems like the infection is slowly impacting his nerve system which is hindering his brain. I’m really feeling so hopeless as I can only watch him suffer each day. I tried every type of credit there is and can’t be approved to one. I’m asking for help to get as close as possible to the goal because I cannot stand watching Blue possibly get close to his end feeling guilty that if I something in my life I could save his life. I don’t want to lose my cat please.
