Hi my name is Harrison. I am the eldest son of Amy. My Mum. On the 24th of November, Mum was rushed to hospital by ambulance. My Mum was very poorly. The doctors found a tumor in mum's brain.

Later this was diagnosed as cancerous high grade. My Mum is only 37 years old.

Mum had surgery to remove the tumor. It went well and she came home . But was taken back into hospital 25th November. Taken to LGI she had developed a blood clot in her leg.

When Mum went into the hospital for treatment everything went wrong. Many mistakes were made. This led to my Mum having to have more surgery which was life changing. My Nan was told Mum now had severe brain damage and other complications.

Mum never woke up and was on a ventilator for 5 weeks.

On the 15th of January the doctors told my Nan that they were no longer going to give mum medical treatment. Nan was told if intervention had been quicker there would have been a significantly different outcome.

Mum lost her fight and passed away the 19th January at 4am. My Nan was with Mum.

Nan is now taking care of me and my brothers and sisters. I would like my Mum to have the best funeral ever.

My Mum is the best Mum anybody could have. I am 17 Maisey is 14 the twins Charlie and Phoebe's are 7. Then there's Jax nearly 3 our baby brother. My world my brothers and sisters world will never ever be the same.
