Beau's Battle Against Brain Tumor

Hi, my name is Andrea West and about 6 weeks ago, my brother-in-law, Beau, experienced some trouble using his right hand while working. After some testing ruling out different things, a MRI was done and a brain tumor was discovered near the left lobe near the brain stem. Since then, he has seen a neurologist and a biopsy has been done to determine what kind of tumor it was.

After a long wait for the results, we have received the heart-breaking news that he has a very aggressive, malignant brain tumor called Glioblastoma in Stage 4 which is inoperable.

Beau has a hard battle and tumultuous road ahead of him but if any of you know Beau, he is a positive person and ready to take this thing on. With that said, as Beau and Jill navigate this difficult time, we graciously ask that their family, friends, and extended support help by sending lots of prayers, love, and hope. This is not only an emotional journey but is already proving to be a costly one. Beau is self-employed, has not been able to work or drive since this all this began, and the mounting medical bills have started to pour in which has put a large financial burden on them.

Beau’s health is of upmost importance and the last thing he needs to be worrying about is finances. He needs to be focused on his treatments and beating this cancer.
