I’ve dreamed of traveling the world my whole life — but for years, my reality was kitchens, classrooms, and 60-hour workweeks. Since I was 13, I’ve balanced school and professional cooking, rarely taking a break. I didn’t even leave the country until I was recruited to compete on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef in Ireland at 18.
Now, with my bachelor’s degree complete and years of Michelin-star kitchen experience behind me, I’m finally ready to chase the dream I’ve worked so hard for.
