To all my family and friends,

       My son Jacob Smith ( Jake ) was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer at age 34. His world has turned upside down and he will see many changes for the very near future. Within the next couple of weeks he will have extensive surgery and soon after that chemo. As you can imagine this will be very hard for him. He has taken a leave from work, he will lose his apartment and move back in with me, and everything he owns will have to be put in storage. He now will have astronomical medical fees, gas fees to go to and from chemo.
Everyday living expenses, storage fees.

      Jake is kind loving son, brother , uncle, nephew, cousin and a hero to his 7 year old boy. Jake would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need, who would never ask for help for himself.Jake has a long road ahead of him, he cannot do it alone, so I’m asking all my family and friends to donate to Jake’s Team. A fundraiser that we his family have set up to help with some of the cost that he will incur over the next several months.
