Help Lisa Kick Cancer's Ass!

Meet Lisa , mother of 2-year-old twin boys, Liam and Lucas, and wife of Dennis. We are doing what we can to support Lisa On her journey of battling cancer.  A little over 4 years ago Lisa was diagnosed with cancer and had her right ovary removed. She not only survived but she was also blessed to naturally conceive her baby boys! 

Lisa was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Clear Cell Ovarian Cancer ... Unfortunately surgery is not an option at this point because the cancer has spread to her neck, sternum, lower back, and in her pelvis.  The clear cells make this particular type of cancer difficult to treat. This means that Chemotherapy treatment doesn't always attack these cells and the remission rate can be high. Lisa, her family, and doctors are quickly on the path to making a treatment plan.  

Chemotherapy MAY be in Lisa's future, but she will also undergo Immunotherapy. It's is a type of cancer treatment that helps your immune system fight cancer. The immune system helps your body fight infections and other diseases. It is made up of white blood cells and organs and tissues of the lymph system.

As friends of Lisa, we are so proud of her strength, positivity, and proactive efforts. Somehow Lisa manages to work as a waitress at Coast Range in Solvang CA, be a great mom of twin toddlers, research everything she can on treatment plans, doctors, healthy lifestyle, and more. Lisa juices every morning takes a handful of supplements, eats healthy and organic. She has also been proactive in other ways to heal exploring acupuncture, herbs, essential oils, and a combination of both eastern and western medicine. Lisa is also getting molecular and genetic testing done and is also in support/educational groups.  

Lisa says she and her family make small goals. This keeps them going and keeps them smiling. Lisa first wants to see her kids graduate from high school. Then she wants to see them go to college.... then hopefully get married and more. She wants to be here to watch them grow up. In the meantime, Lisa's favorite things to do are take her kids to the park and beach. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. She is a rockstar worker, mom, and wife.  

Lisa's family has been so supportive. It's no secret that doctors, cancer treatment, help for her kids, expensive medicines, organic clean food, and more is not cheap. She has a hard journey ahead of her and we want to give her as much financial and emotional support as possible. We are asking for donations in the name of Lisa and her family.
