Hello friends and family. If you’ve ever been to Rush Street to hang out with us than you undoubtedly know my friend,  barback, and partner Manny. We’ve been working together for almost twelve years. He’s my rock. I would probably have gone insane a long time ago if it wasn’t for his ability to alway maintain his cool. He’s always so determined, accommodating, thoughtful, and loving. He works out every day, maintains two jobs, and is raising two very successful UCLA Grads. There are not enough words to describe how amazing he is.  We all love Manny. 
Unfortunately, Manny has been experiencing numbness in his face and limbs lately. After going to the doctor he’s been diagnosed with Guillian  Barre Syndrome. GBS starts with numbness in the limbs and can eventually lead to paralysis. It’s a very serious condition that is treatable. It’s been diagnosed early so chances of recovery are good. 
The treatment, of course, is very expensive. Physical therapy may also be required. Combined with all the work Manny will miss, this is gonna be expensive. I think with all of the love Manny has spread, the cost of this will easily be absorbed by us. We would love to raise a nice chunk of change so Manny can focus on recovery rather than worry about paying bills.  Please feel free to donate any amount. Everything helps. Much love. Thank you.
