THE STORY
Beast of Eden is the story about a washed up Hollywood actor who is fed up with the naval gazing industry that provided him with as much fame as it did misery. Just like Sunset Boulevard this is a story about a protagonist who is doomed from the start. As a child actor, Thadius Miles was abused by the producer that brought him stardom, and it is only years later, as the early stages of Alzheimer's creep up on his dilapidating psyche, that he prepares to speak out against his abuser. For this he is being followed, silenced, and forced to escape Los Angeles. Days of driving lead him to Tennessee where, over the course of one night, his world turns upside down.
THEMES: Sexual Abuse, Delinquent Youth, Fame and ... Murder.

THE BUDGET
If you have ever worked on a film before, then you know how quickly every little expense adds up. We will be shooting for the last 14 days in August and will need your help to cover the following list of expenses:
• Equipment & Vehicle rentals
• Location fees & permits
• Cast and crew costs
• Production design
• Wardrobe for cast
• Insurance
• Post Production ( Editing, Sound Mixing, Color Grading )
• Festival submissions
...and much more !!
With any film there are always challenges and risks that may occur, but we feel that we have a solid team that can handle anything thrown our way. We have given ourselves months of pre-production time so that production will run smoothly no matter what curve balls we are dealt... Films take time and money but we are confident in our abilities and the team we have assembled.
By completing this film our goal is to bring film to Chattanooga, Tennessee where we will be shooting on location and casting as much local talent as possible.
